Productonica 2009
Productronica 2009 held recently in Munich may have been a smaller show with fewer exhibitors and visitors than in the past but not for LIPPERT-UNIPOL. Recorded visitors were 35% up on 2007. Did this lie with the new "Osborn" style stand? Was it the excellent position, close to major machine builders? Or was it just the familiar faces of the LIPPERT-UNIPOL team?
Certainly there is light at the end of the tunnel as far as consumables are concerned "machine builders were not quite as euphoric" Printed Circuit Board manufacturers are on the road to recovery. The major players in the German and Austrian markets reported that their order books are full well in to the New Year and they expect to return to 2008 levels in 2010.
Over 50% of our visitors were from export markets, proving that despite the expansion of the Asian shows, Productronica continues to attract an international clientele.
