Osborn International (OI) is a leading manufacturing, sales and service organisation specialising in high quality technical brushes for numerous applications including deburring, metal finishing, weld cleaning, honing and polishing. In 12 locations worldwide OI manufacture brushes and abrasives for professional use in the industrial, trade and private sectors. There are more than 550 employees throughout Europe servicing customers in Retail and Technology markets alike.
Lippert-Unipol (LU) is a market leader in the field of surface finishing. With over 200 employees throughout Europe and India, LU offers grinding and polishing solutions with an extensive range of specialised Polishing Compounds (UNIPOL, LANGSOL & CANNING), Buffs, Mops, Lipprox® and Lipprite® Non-Woven Rollers, Lippryll® Coated Abrasive Tools and Brushes.
Jason Inc, Milwaukee, USA is the ultimate shareholder of Osborn International and Lippert-Unipol.
Since July 2008 Lippert Unipol (India) Pvt Ltd. is a wholly integrated part of our Group after successful completion of process to purchase additional shares. Under today’s situation Lippert-Unipol GmbH in Germany is majority shareholder with 95 % of the shares in this enterprise.

Meanwhile, the current company name of Lippert Unipol (India) Pvt. Ltd. still remains valid until the process of registration of the new company name with various departments gets completed.
Lippert Unipol India Pvt. Ltd has been an associate of M/s Grindmaster Machines, manufacturers of a wide range of automatic buffing, polishing and micro finishing machines since inception and our association would continue in future too!
Besides that, and in line with the group’s ongoing strategy of continuous improvement and enhanced product and technical support offering, the company has already started to sell all our comprehensive range of surface finishing solutions.
This move has gone together with a firm decision to add brush production capacity to the company. Consequently, as of 2009 our company in India will also manufacture a designated line of Power Brushes besides of the typical Lippert Unipol products.
This is a great move forward in Indian market. We want to make sure that our customers can easily feel the many benefits of this exciting partnership. They will have access to an even broader and deeper knowledge base, greater technical expertise and - last but not least - to a very enhanced product offering, too.
