CPCA Show - another mutual activity for Lippert-Unipol and Osborn
Taking advantage of LIPPERT-UNIPOL expertise in the Printed Circuit Board Industry and Osborn's presence in China, Sue Reavey-Sutter, LIPPERT-UNIPOL Germany and Andy, OSBORN China manned a booth at the CPCA show.
The show was well attended despite the general doom and gloom in the industry, Chinese export orientated PCB manufacturers are still suffering but domestic producers are benefiting from government investment in infrastructure. A recent increase in demand for silica is an indication that the chip industry and in turn the PCB industry should pick up in the coming months.
As was to be expected 75% of the visitors to the stand were local Chinese companies keen to snap up copies of the new Chinese version of the LIPPERT-UNIPOL catalogue "Surface Finishing Rollers for Printed Circuit Board Processing". The remaining 25% of the visitors came from as far afield as India, Egypt, UK, Israel, Korea, Turkey and Italy.
European brush machine manufacturers were also present offering a good opportunity to renew contacts and exchange leads.
CPCA was a good platform to launch the LIPPERT-UNIPOL range of PCB brushes and for OSBORN to get this business rolling.
