Edge honing machines, developed and
manufactured as standard or adapted to customers need. The machines
are designed to edgehone indexable inserts or other similar small
components. OSBORN has developed these machines for a long time
in the name of SINJET. The first production machines were built
in the early 80´s and are still in production through out
the complete world.
OSBORN was the first machine producer to develop a machine for edge
honing with indexable spindles and fully CNC controlled. OSBORN
continuously develop their machines, and are focusing on being a
market leading company for brushing of edge honing indexable inserts
also in the future.
